Free-lance work

From February 2023 I will be available for any free-lance contracts that can contribute to the development of more equal and just societies. I am happy to support your actions on the local, national or international level, contribute to the development of policies, strategies and educational materials.

What I can do for you:

• Trainings and seminars – I can join your activities as a trainer and facilitator
• E-Learning – I am happy to be invited for the webinars, or develop the content for the educational activities online, like video lectures
• Research & Evaluations – I can support your by doing research or the external evaluation of the project, what brings additional credibility for the project results, and in some EU projects it is highly recommended
• EU project consulting – I have extended experience in proposal writing and EU project design. If your institution is thinking about EU funding, I can consult and support your project development.
• Content development – I can create any type of content (written/visual/podcast/video) on topics that are in my field of expertise.
• Organizational development – if your institution is struggling with challenges or you are envisioning a change, I can support you, using the coaching tools to learn from what has been done so far, and create the strategy for the further development of organization and individuals inside.

Partner for your EU project

I am currently planning creation of the company to work on the issues that interests me, mainly subtle acts of exclusion, diversity management, equality, organizational development and of course fatphobia. If I will get at least 3 project proposals to join, in February 2023 I will formally establish the company, to have the legal entity and be able to be part of your projects. So there is a chance I will be ready with all of it for the March deadline.

Ready to cooperate?

From February 2023, I will be fully free-lancing and cooperating with the various organizations and network on the contract, project or voluntary base. It is my new professional fresh start, and I am hoping to make my living with it, and to follow my personal mission of making our societies more equal and just.
